At this time, the number of active patients has reached 841. In total, the number of infected in four months stands at 5,389. On the other hand, the total number of corona infected in India has increased to 4 crore 46 lakh. Online NDTV has given this news. It said one person each died in Jharkhand and Maharashtra. Kerala, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Gujarat have seen the highest number of viral infections, the data said. In India, the number of infected people is doubling every month on average every day for four months. A month ago on February 18, the average number of new cases was 112.

It reached 626 on March 18. In this situation, the central government has already called on 6 states to focus on controlling the viral infection. On Wednesday, the Union Health Secretary issued a letter to Maharashtra, Gujarat, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka urging them to do so.
